How I Cured My Rheumatoid Arthritis in a Natural Way

In this article, I want to show you how I cured my rheumatoid arthritis naturally and without medication, so you too can get rid of this disease once and for all. These tips are the same as in the natural method I used to cure this disease forever, and I’m going to reveal them to you right now.

Arthritis is a horrible disease that causes pain, inflammation, stiffness, and joint function loss. I do not want it to anyone. But unfortunately, it affects over 1.3 million Americans according to HealthLine.

I have consulted many doctors and followed their recommendations. But nothing they recommended was
giving me results. Sick of that situation, I began to follow a natural treatment for arthritis with which I managed to combat this disease effectively.

In this natural treatment, it is very important to strengthen your immune system, as well as your hormonal and your enzymatic systems.

It turns out that actually arthritis is not an autoimmune disease. Autoimmune means that the immune system attacks its own cells. In fact, this disease arises due to a deterioration of the immune, enzymatic, and hormonal systems.

These systems have deteriorated over the years by poor diet, in which toxins predominate and nutrients (vitamins, minerals, and enzymes) are lacking. So, we must begin to give our body what it truly needs to survive. And we must detoxify it. From now on, I advise you to start changing your diet if you want to cure arthritis.

1- Avoid eating toxins

avoid sugar to cure rheumatoid arthritisThe toxins to which I refer are those found in foods of the 20th and 21st centuries.

One of them is white sugar. The sugar is an enemy of human health. Just one teaspoon of sugar can affect your immune system for at least 6 hours. Imagine, most people consume much more than a teaspoon a day. For that reason, it is better that you avoid sugar and all product that contains it: like sweets, cookies, among others.

Look very well at food labels. The food industry adds sugar to many of its products. And we do not even know it.

This does not mean that you should stop eating sweet foods to combat arthritis. Simply replace white sugar with something healthier and nontoxic. You can replace it with honey or organic sugar, which is nontoxic like white.

Another way for the industry to sweeten its products is with high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS). More and more products contain it. And it is highly harmful to those who want to combat arthritis naturally. Products containing HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) are some types of bread, burgers, canned sauces, some cookies, among others. This corn syrup is more dangerous than white sugar because it is sweeter and more toxic.

If you want to cure your rheumatoid arthritis naturally, I also advise you to start avoiding canned products. Canned products, such as canned tuna, contain preservatives and other substances that seriously affect our immune system.
These toxins contaminate your body and make you sick. In addition, they intoxicate your liver that you need to be as healthy as possible for your immune system to do its job well.

2- Eat more fruits and veggies

yes to fruits and vegetablesTo combat arthritis naturally, my advice is to start eating more natural products, such as fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain minerals and vitamins that are the nutrients your body needs to heal. For example, carrot, broccoli, mango, and melon are excellent sources of vitamin A. This vitamin is essential to strengthen your immune system. In addition, vitamin A has been shown to allow the regeneration of damaged bone tissue. This is very beneficial if you suffer from arthritis.

I do not recommend that you buy vitamins in pharmacies, that is, artificial vitamins. Being artificial, the human body does not know how to assimilate them. This means it can be toxic instead of helping you heal arthritis.

Lettuce, tomato, kiwi, and broccoli are good sources of vitamin C, another important vitamin that is responsible for strengthening the immune system. But I do not recommend only fruits and vegetables for their vitamin content. These foods are important to you because they provide you with minerals and enzymes.

3- Avoid milk

milk not good for bone healthReplace milk with other calcium sources as it has been shown very recently that it is not good for bones. Harvard University stated that milk consumption should be avoided or at least limited and replaced with food such as cauliflower. Milk alone is big business for companies, but it has never been good for consumption. The milk contains traces of hormones and drugs that are supplied to the cow. And then those toxins go to our body. In addition, the process of pasteurizing milk transforms calcium. This means that when we consume it, the body does not assimilate it. That’s why Harvard University has recommended replacing milk with vegetables such as cauliflower, which is rich in calcium.

If you start making these changes in your eating every day, you will see that the symptoms of arthritis begin to improve. The pain will decrease and you will start to feel better. As for pain, the following remedies will help you alleviate it while you implement changes in your diet.

Remedies to relieve RA pain

  • Borage oil

Gamma linolenic acid, being a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid, is recognized to have a positive effect on inflammation, in addition to providing rejuvenating properties. Omega 3 and omega 6 acids play an important role in controlling the release of the molecules responsible for producing the body’s inflammatory response.

GLA is present in small amounts in some edible plants, such as green leaves and some nuts. However, the greater amount of GLA is obtained during lactation, so many people have deficits during childhood and adulthood. Herein lies the importance of borage oil as one of the best sources of GLA.

In addition to controlling the immune response, GLA has a positive effect on apoptosis (programmed destruction) of toxic cells. Once it enters the body, GLA is transformed into Dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid (DGLA), which decreases inflammation levels by inhibiting the synthesis of leukotrienes.

Caution: Borage oil can cause swelling, nausea, headache and indigestion. Taking borage oil with meals can reduce the risk of these effects. People with epileptic seizure problems and those taking blood-thinning drugs such should consult their doctor before taking borage oil. It is also not advisable for pregnant women, lactating women, children and people with liver disease.

  • Hemp oil

Hemp oil (Cannabis sativa) is extracted from the plant Hemp belonging to the family of Cannabaceae. Hemp oil is obtained only from hemp seeds of varieties for food use. Its extraction must be cold as high temperatures destroy its properties. This oil is especially rich in essential fatty acids very important for the metabolic process. They also help organisms form molecules, which are called Eicosanoids. These molecules are involved in the processes of inflammation, they help the body control and regulate pain and body temperature.

Hemp components, such as cannabidiol (CBD), can relieve pain and inflammation associated with RA. In a study of patients with RA, a cannabis extract containing mainly THC and CBD was tested against a placebo for weeks 5 treatment. After 5 weeks, there were significant improvements in both pain with movement and rest, as well as sleep quality scores and DAS28. The DAS28 measures the severity of rheumatoid arthritis using the number of sensitive joints, the number of swollen joints, the blood level of inflammatory markers and the subjective assessment of the patient’s health.

While these tips will serve you a lot, there are still much more things to do to combat this disease.
